Description

The PNP90 & PNP90 XT2 are advanced, OEM-based riveting tools engineered to handle ultra-high-strength steels, laminated materials, and self-piercing rivets with precision and ease. The PNP90 XT2 features a 10-ton pneumatic-hydraulic system for riveting and pressing out self-piercing rivets, while the PNP90 provides a 6-ton pushing force. Both systems can be expanded to include blind rivet capabilities from the same unit.

These universal riveting tools help reduce costs by eliminating the need for multiple systems required by various OEMs. Their lightweight design, adjustable operating pressure, and compatibility with multiple attachments make them an efficient and cost-effective solution for modern repair shops.

The PNP90 XT2 offers a pressure ratio of 100:1, ensuring high efficiency and precise force control. The color-coded rivet inserts simplify tool changes, increasing technician productivity.
