Airflow
GFS Ultra XL Exclusive to GFS, the Controlled Airflow Ceiling on the Ultra XL truck booth maximizes the effectiveness of downdraft airflow and increases the booth’s overall spray zone with a full-width ceiling plenum. The main airflow zone in the Controlled Airflow Ceiling creates a protective envelope of air around the vehicle, while secondary airflow zones protect booth walls from overspray and keep contaminants out of the paint job.

Lighting
Ultra XL truck booths feature four-tube sidewall lights and premium angled ceiling light fixtures, integrated into the Controlled Airflow Ceiling and located directly above the vehicle for optimal illumination. Light fixtures are ETL and ETL-C listed, and come complete with T8 ballasts and color-corrected tubes.

Doors
A four-wing, dual-skin product door — with four observation windows — and one personnel door come standard with each pre-engineered Ultra XL Paint Booth. Doors feature heavy-duty hinges for long-lasting performance.

Heater
GFS’ Ultra XL truck paint booth offers the flexibility of choosing from two different heat units – GUL2000 or BT 1200 heat system. Both heaters include dual VFDs and automatic pressure control.

Energy Savings
Shops can save up to 60 percent in electricity and 75 percent in fuel costs with economy mode, which automatically ramps the booth down and runs on idle when the booth is not in use. Providing further energy savings, SmartFlash on optional Logic controls allows up to 90 percent of the air to be recirculated during flash mode.

Construction
Manufactured at our U.S. facility, Ultra XL oversize paint booths are made with dual-skin insulated, galvanized steel panels that are coated on both sides with a white, baked-on polyester topcoat, creating a rust-resistant cabin. Vertical wall panels reduce the number of joints and seams in the cabin’s construction, leaving you with a stronger, longer-lasting booth with a smooth fit and finish.
