Excel Workstation

ALL-IN-ONE WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR SANDING, PRIMING AND LIMITED PAINTING Designed to meet the requirements of EPA’s 6H Paint Rule (40CFR63 Subpart HHHHHH), the Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) Excel Workstation provides a controlled environment for sanding, priming and limited painting. When painting, the amount of material sprayed shall not exceed one gallon in an eight-hour period.

Airflow
Excel Workstations are available in semi-downdraft airflow. Air is introduced to the booth through the ceiling in the first 25-30 percent of the workstation. Then it’s pulled across the working chamber, over the vehicle and into the filtered exhaust chamber at the workstation rear.

Lighting
GFS Excel Workstations feature four-tube ceiling lights. All GFS light fixtures are ETL and ETL-C listed, and come complete with T8 ballasts and color-corrected tubes.

Controls
The fan and lights in GFS Excel Workstations are operated by the Basic control panel.

Wall Curtains
With curtain walls, Excel Workstations provide a flexible working space. This retractable barrier confines dirt, dust and contaminants, while controlling cold loss. All materials meet NFPA 701 for fire retardant.

Construction
Constructed of standard panel sizes, the Excel Workstation is available in multiple length, width and height options to suit any shop layout. Structure can be freestanding, with structural steel supports, or suspended from your shop ceiling.
