Description

The CTR®9 is an advanced resistance spot welder built for precision and efficiency in automotive repair. Its lightweight transformer gun, made from reinforced fiberglass, is designed for fast-paced activity while reducing strain on the user. The fully closed ergo-grip handle enhances maneuverability, allowing technicians to maintain a relaxed grip in any working position.

The telescopic support arm, made from durable extruded aluminum, provides a wide range of movement with easy vertical and horizontal adjustments. A six-meter cable extends accessibility, allowing technicians to reach more areas of the vehicle without repositioning the machine.

The power unit features a solid high-strength steel bottom plate, ensuring stability and increased mobility. The easy-to-use control unit allows fast and accurate welding settings, while the system automatically measures the metal and calculates the exact welding parameters needed for a high-quality weld.

The CTR®9 supports four welding modes, from fully automatic to manual operation, allowing customization based on the repair needs. The built-in weld data documentation system records and stores welding parameters, creating detailed reports for quality assurance and increased customer trust.

The system is designed to meet OEM standards, using integrated sensors and CANBUS communication for precise data transmission. It also features Wi-Fi and Bluetooth™ connectivity, enabling future monitoring, real-time documentation, and process traceability.

A built-in overheat protection system monitors thermal conditions, safeguarding the unit during continuous use. The CTR®9 is designed to replicate manufacturer-approved welding procedures, ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards.
