Description

The CMI™ 3000 II is a versatile and upgradeable MIG/MAG welding machine designed to meet the increasing demands of modern auto body repair. It features advanced digital intelligence, making it easy to select the correct welding program, even for specialized aluminum applications.

With Quattro Pulse, the machine optimizes droplet pinch-off, ensuring minimal heat input and preserving material strength and corrosion resistance. This function is particularly beneficial for welding thin materials, delivering TIG-like welds while maintaining the structural integrity of galvanized and high-strength steel.

The Program Wizard™ simplifies setup by guiding technicians through a series of questions to identify the correct welding program. This eliminates the risk of incorrect selections, ensuring high-quality results. The machine also supports MIG brazing, helping maintain anti-corrosion coatings and reducing material distortion.

Equipped with a MIG-A Twist® torch, the CMI™ 3000 II allows easy access to hard-to-reach areas. It also features a push-pull torch option for extended reach, making it ideal for a variety of welding applications. The machine is upgradeable via SD card, allowing access to new software features as they become available.
