CMI300 PULSE, DUO, TRIO
The CMI™ 300 Pulse is a precision welding and brazing machine for high-tensile steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, featuring pre-set welding programs and a double pulse function for better arc control. Available in Single, Duo, and Trio versions, it offers flexible wire spool configurations and an optional Intelligent Gas Control (IGC®) system to optimize gas use. Its MIG-A Twist® torch provides enhanced accessibility, and a built-in boost converter allows operation on 208V to 440V power.

Description
The CMI™ 300 Pulse is designed for precision welding and brazing of high-tensile steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. It complies with automotive manufacturer standards and ensures reliable performance in professional workshops.
The machine includes pre-set welding programs that allow technicians to select wire and gas types while automatically adjusting settings. The double pulse function reduces weld spatter and improves arc control.
Available in three versions:
- Single – Holds one wire spool
- Duo – Holds two 15 kg wire spools for fast switching
- Trio – Holds three 5 kg wire spools for seamless operation
The CMI™ 300 Pulse also features MIG brazing capabilities, helping maintain material strength and corrosion resistance while reducing post-treatment needs. An optional Intelligent Gas Control (IGC®) system optimizes shielding gas use, minimizing waste and improving weld quality.
Equipped with a MIG-A Twist® torch, the machine provides a 360° rotating swan neck for better access to tight spaces. The built-in boost converter allows operation on mains voltages ranging from 208V to 440V.
