Description

The CMI™ MIG/MAG Welders provide a versatile solution for modern welding applications, featuring auto-pulse technology for advanced aluminum welding. With a 4-wheel wire feed system, they ensure consistent and reliable wire feeding, even for softer wires like aluminum or during MIG brazing.

The CMI™ Twin models include two torches, allowing for seamless switching between welding and brazing without the need to change hoses, wires, drive rolls, or gas. This enhances workflow efficiency and reduces downtime.

The welders feature a fully digital control panel with preset welding programs, making setup quick and easy. Technicians simply select the material thickness, and the machine automatically adjusts all welding parameters, streamlining the process for both simple and complex welding tasks.

The MIG-A Twist® torch enhances accessibility and control, featuring a 360° rotating swan neck for welding in hard-to-reach areas. A remote control module on the torch allows technicians to adjust settings directly, reducing the need to stop and recalibrate the machine manually.

For brazing galvanized steel plates, the CMI™ and CMI™ Twin models include an electronic boost converter that protects the material’s strength and corrosion resistance, minimizing heat distortion and reducing post-treatment.

The Car-O-Liner CMI™ comes in three different models:

  • CMI™193 MIG/MAG Welder
  • CMI™223 MIG/MAG Welder
  • CMI™273 MIG/MAG Welder
