Meet the KLC Team
Tim Schlung joined the KLC team over 12 years ago. Tim brings over 42 years in Senior leadership in a multitude of corporate environments to the KLC team. Tim has a passion for building successful organizations, mentoring, and investing in young people. He is very invested in Auto Body collision shop flow and business methodologies and positioning KLC to be a valued partner in the industry. Tim is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping, fishing, off-roading, and golfing.

Jason Bain joined the KLC team 12+ years ago and has over 20 years experience in the collision industry. Jason has held the roles of Lead Installer, Director of Operations & Construction, and has now been named as Partner. Jason’s focus on customer success has been an asset to the KLC as they service the collision industry, industrial community, and Aero Space industry. Jason is an avid outdoorsman and currently holds the position of Rodeo Chairman of the Cheyenne Rodeo in Cheyenne, WY.

Chuck Russel started in the industry in 1990. Chuck joined the KLC team in 2021 and has quickly established himself as a great asset and motivating leader for our team. Chuck has held many positions in the industry such as Sales Rep, Multi State Sales Manager for industry leading Jobbers, Body Shop Estimator and Manager. Chuck has a passion for teaching Body Shop management including front office and body shop flow. Chuck’s overall knowledge of the industry is a great asset to our clients.
